Shipping Policy


We ship worldwide from South Korea. All international orders are shipped via **DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)**, which means we cover all import-related charges, including customs duties, VAT (taxes), and clearance fees, so you can receive your package with **no additional charges**.

**Important for EU customers:**  
To benefit from DDP shipping, you must provide a valid personal tax ID (e.g., VAT, IOSS, LOSS, VR, CPF).  
If a valid number is not provided, your order will be shipped under **DAP (Delivered At Place, taxes not included)** terms, and you may be responsible for paying import taxes or handling fees upon delivery.

Every order includes a **tracking number**, ensuring your items are delivered safely and securely.

**Please note:** We do not ship to PO Box addresses due to DDP policy.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Contact Period

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
If your item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery, based on the tracking confirmation.


2. Refund & Exchange Conditions

We offer 100% refunds or exchanges without requiring returns only if:

  • The item is completely damaged during shipping

  • You received a defective product

Please email us with clear photos showing the issue.
No return is needed for approved claims.


3. Change of Mind

We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference.
All purchases are considered final.
